22. Extruded Aluminum Heatsink

Extruded heat sink, also known as heat sink extrusion or aluminum extrusion heat sink, has the advantages of beautiful appearance, light weight, good heat dissipation performance, and energy saving effect.

The aluminum heat sink extrusion technology is to heat the aluminum ingot to 520~540°C under high temperature and high pressure,
and make the aluminum liquid flow through the grooved heat sink extrusion die to make the extruded heat sink material.
Then, after cutting and cutting the extruded material of the heat sink, the extruded aluminum heat sink we often see is made.


AL6063 is a commonly used aluminum heat sink material with good thermal conductivity and workability.
We relies on long-term accumulated technical experience and production technology to set aluminum alloy profiles with good thermal conductivity and other characteristics,
and develops customized aluminum heat sinks that can meet customer requirements for product differentiation, specialization and individualization.
The surface of the finished extruded heat sink is anodized to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of aluminum.
Currently, The commonly used aluminum extrusion heat sinks in my country include electronic heat sinks, computer heat sinks, sunflower heat sinks, power semiconductor heat sinks and so on.
Due to its superior performance, extruded aluminum heat sinks are widely used in: machinery, automobiles, wind power generation, construction machinery, air compressors, railway locomotives, household appliances and other industries.


The main advantages of aluminum extruded heat sinks are as follows:

1. Higher efficiency than stamping heat sink

2. Save more cost than mechanical processing

3. There are many standard shapes and sizes

4. It is easier to customize than copper lighters, and has obvious advantages
